New Coffee!

Hello Coffee Drinkers!
Hey, it's me again, I just bought some Kenya grade AB. (Which means "fancy")! I'm really excited and have roasted the first batch and it turned out AMAZING! Gwen says it's fantastic. I roasted it VERY hot and pulled it about 30 seconds after it started to smoke. This is a real "Dark Roast". I think that no coffee is at its prime until it starts to get glossy and reveals its oil. Some roasters say that a dark roast is defined by its color. I disagree. I think a dark roast is defined by the oil it produces, and oh man, this coffee produces some oil. Anyways, I hope you enjoy reading this and I think you should buy some of this coffee before it's too late.
